Change in the workplace can be scary – but it doesn’t have to be. Before STAEDTLER implemented a new digital workflow and office programs, they asked us to craft an internal change communication campaign to ease the process and eliminate possible fears of working with new software. With this campaign, we invited STAEDTLER employees from around the world to reflect and share their workplace stories. We created an engaging visual and language identity for both on- and offline use. While translating new guidelines as well as showing all the new system’s possibilities, the campaign ensured a smooth transition into a more digital, modern work environment.
